Doctoral College UK is a UK Government registered private college (Company Number: 12468903) and UK Government registered learning provider (UKPRN: 10093318) with a workforce of doctoral staff and a student base of researchers researching for doctoral degrees and students studying for Masters degrees. We started building our higher education position firstly by becoming a British Council trained agent, and then becoming a British Government UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) registered centre. Stanley Oliver Global Consultants merged with Doctoral College when they were incorporated in 2020 to create a heritage dating back to 1996. From this initial foundation which is built upon a heritage of 27 years and recognition plus accreditation, we used our international network of partners to begin working with UK Universities as agents to recruit students to study in UK.
Research at Doctoral College is predominantly diverse including business & management, in addition to education teaching & learning in higher education, however there are moves in place to start including advanced engineering and a wide variety of other research topics. Our research qualifications include PhD, DBA, MPhil and MRes, with all current research being project based and predominantly focused on applied areas of interest.
Opportunities to study abroad in the UK are with our current University partners. Wider UK university selection opportunities may be available when you start discussions and get involved with the application process.

Newcastle upon Tyne or simply ‘Newcastle’ as it is most commonly referred to is one of the fastest growing cities in northern England, and offers a world class mix of skills, locations and support to help businesses achieve their growth potential. Home to some of the biggest names in business and professional services, Newcastle and the North East of England has a strong reputation in the banking, corporate finance, insurance, education (5 Universities), health services (NHS), manufacturing (Nissan), contact centres and shared services. It is one of the most iconic cities in Britain, famous for its industrial heritage, well-known beer brown ale, popular nightlife, and distinct regional ‘Geordie’ dialect. Newcastle is located on the River Tyne’s northern bank, with Gateshead opposite on the southern bank. It is the most populous settlement in the Tyneside conurbation and North East England. It developed around a Roman settlement before taking on the name of a new-castle built in 1080. It was one of the world’s largest ship building and repair centres during the industrial revolution and was part of the county of Northumberland until 1400, when it separated and formed a county of itself.
